I worked on the redesign and modernization of the Salebot CRM system. Prior to the update, the platform’s interface was not responsive, which made it difficult to use across different devices, and many interface solutions and visual patterns were outdated and no longer aligned with modern UX/UI standards.
As part of the project, the design system was completely rebuilt: the visual hierarchy, typography, grid system, and set of interface components were redesigned. Interface controls were standardized, the screen structure was improved, and the overall user interaction logic was refined. Particular attention was given to responsiveness to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience across different screen sizes and devices.
