ABOUT
The project was developed for a chain of private retail stores. The scope of work included the creation of a logo, key elements of the visual identity, and the design of a CRM system.
The CRM was implemented as a web-based application to ensure easy rollout across all locations and convenient access for users. The interface is fully responsive and optimized for multiple device types, allowing staff to work with the system from desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

We developed a CRM system for inventory management tailored to a network of independent retail stores. The task required a deep dive into the business's operational processes — from goods receiving to stock analytics. The system needed to be simple enough for frontline staff while remaining informative for owners and managers.
What Was Done
01
We conducted interviews with store owners, managers, and shop floor employees. We mapped existing inventory processes — most of which were handled in Excel or manually. Key pain points were identified: stock mismatches, inventory losses, and the absence of real-time stock visibility. All system usage scenarios were built on actual workflows observed in the field.
UX
02
We designed the CRM architecture around a multi-level access model: network owner, store manager, cashier, and warehouse staff. Each role received only the functional context relevant to their work — without unnecessary noise or excessive data. We created a component library that allows the system to scale as new modules are added — loyalty programmes, POS software integration, and analytical dashboards.
System

Inventory time reduced by 64%.Receiving errors dropped by 80% through digital checklists. Managers gained real-time access to stock levels and product movement. The system unified all retail locations within a single environment. New employee onboarding time reduced from 3 days to 4 hours.Inventory management stopped being a business bottleneck and became a controlled process with transparent analytics.
